PSC opened up a ticket reservation thing for foreigners for the PSC 10th Anniversary concert event next year. (Credit card payment is not okay with me right now so ><) OMGGGGGGGG. I visited the official myspace page so...

Can someone tell me how the heck I can reserve tickets? Even with not using that foreign reservation thing since I`m in Japan right now. And I am really seriously going to watch the event next year. [Ticket sales starts November 22nd?]
